Returns & Refunds

You may return any product purchased online within 30 days of the receipt thereof, provided it is unused and returned in it’s original packaging together with a copy of the delivery note which was included with the original purchase.

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours, in the same manner in which it was paid for.

Exchanges

You may exchange any product purchased online within 30 days of receipt thereof, provided it is unused and returned in it’s original packaging together with a copy of the delivery note which was included with the original purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, Duvet Inners, Pillows, Mattress and Pillow Protectors may not be able to be exchanged.

Defective products

Any defective products, where the wash care instructions have not been adhered to, cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.
