What is your returns policy?
Defective items which are returned unused and in their original packaging within seven days after delivery will be accepted. Any soiled or unsealed items will unfortunately be rejected as a return. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within twenty four hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within twenty four hours of delivery. If you are returning Goods via courier make sure to package carefully as items damaged enroute will not be accepted upon arrival. Furthermore the original delivery fee is nonrefundable except in the event of a packing error.

Please note to include a copy of your original invoice with any return.

How long before I receive my order?
Orders usually take 3-4 business days for delivery. You will be updated on your order progress as soon as you have finalised your purchase.

What happens if products are out of stock?
We do our best to keep our online store stocked so that you can get shopping. If certain products, sizes or colours are not in stock, we will do our best to provide you with your selected items.
